Unsuitable items can be returned for an exchange within 10 days of receipt.  Items must be returned unworn / unused, in their original packaging.

We do not exchange / refund jewellery items due to hygiene reasons.

Postal charges relating to the return of goods for exchange will not be covered by Nakhra Collection.
